The miners come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 180-360 days. Please refer to your miner’s manufacturer’s warranty policy. Lonestar Miners, LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any warranty issues with the manufacturer. In the event of a warranty claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase.

15. Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping for all orders, excluding customs duties, taxes, and other charges applicable to your country.

The usual turnaround time for shipping is within 2-4 days of order placement. For bulk orders, we may take 4-5 days to ship the total order from our warehouse. The shipping process begins once we receive payment for the product(s).

We are not liable for misplacement, carelessness, or other issues on the part of the courier carriers. Please refer to the specific courier partner’s Terms of Service and Policies.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. There is no refund for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

16. Returns

We do not accept returns of miners, and there is no option for order cancellation once payment has been made. We hold complete discretion to accept the return of miners.
